Printing Services and Ordering

Do you offer 2 color printing services?
Yes we do provide 2 color printing services, although it may be more cost efficient to print in full color. Indicate your printing preference and PMS colors on your printing quote order form.

Can you print jobs that are different than the standard formats that you offer?
Yes we handle all types of printing. Contact us to request a quote on any printing job that doesn't fit our standard formats.

Is there an extra charge for printing bleeds?
No we do not charge extra for printing bleeds. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge.

When will I see a proof of my printing job?
We will begin working on your printing job as soon as you place your order and we receive your digital files. You should receive a proof within days.

How long will it take to receive my printed pieces?
Most printing jobs will be shipped within 5 business days after you approve your proof online. Depending on your location, shipping by UPS will take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days.

Do you order rush services?
Yes, we offer rush mailing, shipping and printing services. Please indicate your preference on your order form or contact us for more information.

Do you print overs?
Usually we will print some overs free of charge. Occasionally we may send you slightly fewer pieces. To ensure against this, we recommend that you order 5% over the minimum quantity you need.

What file formats do you accept?
We work with every digital file format including MS Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Quark, CorelDRAW, and more.

What types of storage media do you accept?
We can take your files on a CD, DVD or Zip disk.
